			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This weekend we ran a &#8220;test day&#8221; where we invited web designers, developers, and friends to review our service in its entirety. After careful discussion and review we&#8217;ve decided that we need to redesign what we offer to customers. While we need more time to flush out our design, I can say that we are going to head down a direction that fosters human-moderated usability studies, rather than remote or unmoderated studies.</p>

I took some time to review the entire service process offered by Fast Usability with usability professional Kyle Bedell. It was very productive, but ended up changing a large portion of how the website will work for customers and testers. As I type this I&#8217;m getting ready to wrap up those changes and move into the beta development phase. Stay tuned!</p>
