After careful discussion and review we’ve decided that we need to redesign what we offer to customers. While we need more time to flush out our design, I can say that we are going to head down a direction that fosters human-moderated usability studies, rather than remote or unmoderated studies.

We are looking for three local (Somerville, MA) web developers to help us test our service. One we find our test customers we will “eat our own dog food” and polish our order process. After than we’ll be open for business!

I took some time to review the entire service process offered by Fast Usability with usability professional Kyle Bedell. It was very productive, but ended up changing a large portion of how the website will work for customers and testers. As I type this I’m getting ready to wrap up those changes and move into the beta development phase. Stay tuned!

I admit, it’s fairly empty right now, but give us a break, we’re just starting up. We have set a goal of 150 registered testers by year’s end and 1000 by the end of 2009.
